What is your return policy?
We run a small independent artist, therefore we don't accept returns. If we make an error, we will, of course, cover the replacement & shipping to make sure you are happy. Please email us at 44designs@gmail.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
What is your shipping schedule?
We do our best to ship out all orders within two to five business days, often times orders will go out the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent along with a tracking number when available too.
How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
Shipping time depends on location. We have the rough timelines listed below, but please note that once your shipment leaves our paws, it is up to the U.S.P.S. to fulfill your order in a timely manner. It can sometimes take a little longer than either of us like.

United States Shipping usually arrives within 7 days or less
We are based out of Los Angeles, so California orders arrive quickly, and L.A. orders even faster - International Shipping usually takes up to 3-4 weeks
It has been more than a month and my shipment still hasn't arrived. What do I do?

What is my tracking number?
You can find the tracking information if it is available in your shipping notification email once the order has been processed.
My tracking number says that my item is in transit, what do I do?
Tracking packages can be tricky occasionally. If you receive a shipping notification email on a Friday or Saturday in the late afternoon – it might not show movement until the Postal Service picks up our mail on the next scheduled day of service.
Sometimes the U.S.P.S. will miss a scan, or leave a note if you are not home. If, for some reason, it doesn't arrive in a timely fashion, please contact your local Postal Office or email us directly at 44designs@gmail.com
